Allergy to a vegetable mixture

The Fx13 vegetable mixture test is an allergy test from the blood. The vegetable mixture test determines 4 allergens:

• green peas,
• fasola,
• carrot,
• potato,

The test involves the determination of IgE antibodies in the blood and is performed when an allergy to vegetables is suspected. The advantage of of the test is that it is not necessary to discontinue antihistamines antihistamines.

Blood allergen testing is also used for qualification for vegetable allergy desensitization. It is recommended also for the diagnosis of allergenic agents in children under 4 years of age.
