Allergy to weeds

The weed mixture test is a blood allergy test The weed mixture test determines 5 allergens:

• ambrosis,
• common mugwort,
• lancebush,
• comosa,
• salvia,

The test involves the determination of IgE antibodies in the blood and is performed when an allergy to weeds is suspected. The advantage of of the test is that there is no need to discontinue antihistamines antihistamines. The blood allergen test is used also for qualification for desensitization of weed allergy.

It is also recommended for the diagnosis of allergenic agents in children under the age of 4 years.

The test is also recommended for the diagnosis of allergic factors in children under the age of 4 years.
