Determination of urea concentration in urine sample by enzymatic method spectrophotometric method.

Increase in urea excretion (negative nitrogen balance):

• postoperative conditions, 
• hypothyroidism, 
• treatment with 11-oxysteroid, 

Reduction of excretion (positive nitrogen balance):

• Renal dysfunction (concomitant increase in serum urea concentration in serum), 
• nephritis, 
• heavy metal poisoning, 
• hepatic diseases with decreased urea production, 
• use of anabolic hormones,&nbsp
• pregnancy poisoning, 
• metal poisoning, 
• severe, nephritis,

• The test result is available within 3 working days.
• Possibility to collect the result at the reception of any Center Medicover.
